Laura assisted us in getting the property in tip top shape. Her presentation resulted in many showings and several offers. Selling the home was the easy part. Unfortunately, property damage occurred as a result of a windstorm that blew through the day after we accepted one of the offers. Laura was up to the challenge and walked through the insurance claim, serving as the intermediary between buyer and seller. Although we experienced a bit of a delay as a result of the insurance claim, we still managed to wrap up the sale in a respectable time.
